$1.50Hot Dog & Soda Combo
An all-beef Kirkland Signature frank (a quarter pound) with a refillable 20 oz Coca-Cola cup or bottled water. 580 cal for the hot dog and bun, 820 with a regular Coke.
The Costco food court is the counter-service snack bar inside Costco warehouses, usually next to the exit. It sells a short menu of low-priced food, led by the $1.50 hot dog combo, pizza by the slice or whole pie and the chicken bake. You order at a kiosk or counter and need a Costco membership.

Costco food court prices run from $1.49 for a twisted churro to $7.99 for the chef salad, and $9.95 for a whole pizza that feeds four or five. The hot dog combo, pizza slice and chicken bake are the best value. Prices are typical for US warehouses in October 2026 and can differ by location.

Use the Costco food court calculator: search any item, add it to your order and see the total with sales tax and the calories against your own budget and calorie goal. Start from a ready-made order such as a family of four, or build one from scratch, then copy the order to share it.
Every item on the US Costco food court board is below with its typical price and the calories posted on the menu board. Items with a real photo appear as photo cards and the rest as plain price cards. Seasonal and test items are marked, and VEG marks vegetarian items.

The newest Costco food court items are the Vanilla Apple Pie Sundae and the Mixed Berry Smoothie, both $2.99 and added in October 2026. Earlier this year Costco added chicken strips at test warehouses, brought back the twisted churro and rotated a new specialty sundae every few months.
Mint soft serve, cookie pieces and chocolate sauce. Ended in spring.
Soft serve with salted caramel and churro pieces. Ended.
The hot dog combo can come with a bottle of water instead of soda, same price.
Strawberry soft serve with berry topping and shortcake pieces. Still at a few warehouses.
Five strips with dipping sauce at test warehouses, plus a cookies and cream style sundae.
The cinnamon sugar churro came back for a limited time.
The current specialty sundae and a new blended drink.
Costco tests new items in a few regions before a national rollout, and seasonal sundaes reach warehouses weeks apart. That is why one food court sells chicken strips while the next still has the calzone, or the chef salad instead of the Caesar. Outside the US, each country adds its own dishes.

The same US menu, though some prices run higher than on the mainland.
The best order depends on how many people you feed and what you want from the meal. These six real orders, priced from the menu above, show what a quick solo lunch, a family stop, an office pizza order, a high-protein meal, a lighter lunch and an after-school treat cost.

A whole 18 inch Costco pizza costs $9.95 and is cut into 12 slices. It holds as much pizza as six counter slices, and buying those six one by one runs $11.94, or $1.99 more. Plan on one pizza for every four or five adults, or four pizzas for a party of 20.
18 inches across, 12 slices per pie. Each slice of a whole pizza is half the size of a $1.99 counter slice.
About 4,260 calories in a whole cheese pizza, or roughly 355 in each of its 12 slices.
Kids eat about two slices and adults two to three. Four pizzas cover 20 people, eight cover 40.
Phone your warehouse and ask to be put through to the food court, or place the order in person as you walk in.
Choose cheese, pepperoni or half and half, then pay at the register and keep the receipt.
A fresh pie takes about 15 to 20 minutes, longer on busy weekend afternoons.

Yes. Since April 8, 2024 you need an active Costco membership card to buy from the food court, and in 2026 many warehouses scan the card at the food court itself. A member can still buy food for a guest who eats with them, but non-members cannot order on their own.

Cash, debit cards, Visa credit cards and physical Costco Shop Cards. Digital Shop Cards are not accepted at food court kiosks.
SNAP benefits cannot pay for hot prepared food, so EBT cards do not work for food court meals.
Most Costco food courts use self-serve touchscreen kiosks: scan your membership card, tap your items, pay by card and take your receipt number to the pickup counter. Cash, physical Shop Cards and large or whole pizza orders go through the staffed register, and hot food comes out at the pickup window.

Watch the screen or listen for your number. Ask for a box or bag if you want to take a chicken bake or pizza home.
The Costco food court runs on self-service. You fill your own drink, add free toppings at the condiment station, find your own table and clear it when you leave. Knowing where carts go and what is free saves time and avoids awkward moments in a crowded seating area.

Leave your cart along the wall or in the cart lane next to the seating, not in the aisle between tables.
Fountain drinks come with free refills while you eat. Lids, straws and napkins are at the drink station.
On weekends, one person holds a table while the other orders, since seats fill fast at lunch.
Trash and recycling bins sit by the exit. Staff wipe tables, but trays and cups are yours to clear.
Every item can be packed to go, and whole pizzas always come boxed.
Costco food courts keep about the same hours as the warehouse: 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekdays, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday at most US locations. Many stop taking orders 15 to 30 minutes before the warehouse closes, and some open earlier.
| Day | Usually opens | Usually closes |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | 10:00 a.m. | 8:30 p.m. |
| Tuesday | 10:00 a.m. | 8:30 p.m. |
| Wednesday | 10:00 a.m. | 8:30 p.m. |
| Thursday | 10:00 a.m. | 8:30 p.m. |
| Friday | 10:00 a.m. | 8:30 p.m. |
| Saturday | 9:30 a.m. | 6:00 p.m. |
| Sunday | 10:00 a.m. | 6:00 p.m. |
The food court is quietest on weekday mornings right after opening and in the mid-afternoon between 2 and 4 p.m. The longest lines form at weekend lunch, from about 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and whole pizza orders pile up on Friday evenings, game days and the days before holidays.

Use the kiosk instead of the register, or let one person order while another finds a table.
For game days and holidays, call the morning of the event, since peak afternoons can mean an hour's wait.
The lightest choices are the ice cream cup, a hot dog with water instead of soda and the rotisserie chicken Caesar salad, which also has the most protein. Sodium is the catch: most hot items carry 70 to 115 percent of a day's 2,300 mg limit, so pair them with water and skip the second slice.
| Item | Protein | Carbs | Fat | Sodium | Daily sodium |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hot dog with bun | 23 g | 42 g | 34.5 g | 1,620 mg | 70% |
| Cheese Pizza Slice | 41 g | 78 g | 27 g | 1,780 mg | 77% |
| Pepperoni Pizza Slice | 33 g | 77 g | 28 g | 1,780 mg | 77% |
| Chicken Bake | 52 g | 83 g | 32 g | 2,650 mg | 115% |
| Hot Turkey & Provolone Sandwich | 45 g | 65 g | 30 g | 1,800 mg | 78% |
| Chicken & Bacon Sandwich | 50 g | 79 g | 45 g | 2,490 mg | 108% |
| Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Salad | 57 g | 35 g | 38 g | 1,990 mg | 87% |
| Strawberry Sundae | 10 g | 86 g | 30 g | 190 mg | 8% |
| Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie | 10 g | 106 g | 35 g | 330 mg | 14% |
| Cold Brew Mocha Freeze | 12 g | 116 g | 8 g | 160 mg | 7% |
Cheese pizza, the ice cream cup and sundaes, the cookie, the churro, the smoothies and the mocha freeze. Every sandwich, salad and hot item contains meat.
Very little beyond the fountain drinks. Every food item contains meat, dairy or egg, so ask the counter to check the smoothie ingredients.
Everything is made in one open kitchen with wheat, milk, egg and soy. Ask the counter for the allergen binder before ordering.
Most food court frustrations come from payment rules, a forgotten card, wrong or sold-out items and crowded seating. Each card below gives the quickest fix, so you get your food, pay the least and avoid surprises at the kiosk or the counter.
Kiosks take debit and Visa only. Use cash or a physical Shop Card at the register, since digital Shop Cards do not work there.
Show the digital card in the Costco app. Without any card, a member in your group has to place the order.
Tell the pickup counter right away with your receipt number. Staff usually remake the item on the spot.
Chicken bakes and whole pizzas can run short in the last hour. Shop the food court first if you are coming late.
Seating is limited and fills at weekend lunch. Order to go, or use the outdoor tables some warehouses have.
Prices can vary by warehouse and sales tax is added at checkout. The board above your counter is the final word.
The biggest losses were the combo pizza, the Polish hot dog, the original straight churro, the açaí bowl and the berry smoothie. Limited sundaes come and go every season too. If an older site still lists these items, its prices are probably out of date as well.
| Item | What happened |
|---|---|
| Combo pizza | Sausage, pepperoni, peppers, onions and olives. Dropped from US food courts in 2020. |
| Polish hot dog | Removed in 2018, so the all-beef hot dog is the only dog on the board. |
| Original straight churro | Replaced by the double chocolate chunk cookie in January 2024. The twisted churro is a different recipe. |
| Açaí bowl | Left the US menu. Some international food courts still sell one. |
| Berry smoothie | Replaced by the Strawberry Banana Smoothie in March 2025. |
Costco treats the combo as a reason to visit, not a profit maker. It makes its own Kirkland Signature hot dogs to hold the cost, and CEO Ron Vachris has said the price stays while he leads the company.
No. There is no breakfast menu, but the regular menu is sold from opening, so a pizza slice or a mocha freeze works as an early meal.
No. Food court items are not sold on costco.com, in the Costco app or through Costco Same-Day delivery. You have to order inside the warehouse.
US food courts do not label any item as halal certified, and the all-beef hot dog is not sold as halal. A few warehouses offer halal options, so ask yours.
Almost nothing. A hot dog without the bun, soft serve and fountain drinks come closest. Pizza, the chicken bake, sandwiches, strips, the cookie and the churro all contain wheat.
Use a 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or an air fryer at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes. A microwave takes about 90 seconds but leaves the crust soft.
Heat slices in a covered skillet over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, or on a sheet pan in a 400°F oven for about 8 minutes. Leftovers keep 3 to 4 days in the fridge.
Nearly every US warehouse has one near the exit. Some only have a walk-up window with outdoor tables, and small or new locations can carry a shorter menu.
Yes, with a member. There is no kids menu, so most families split a cheese slice or a hot dog and add a $1.99 ice cream cup.
