How long do Costco bakery items last, and can you freeze them?
Covered Costco cakes keep three to four days in the fridge, and pumpkin pie up to four. Croissants, muffins, bagels and wrapped cake slices freeze for about three months, pumpkin pie for about two. Skip freezing cream-filled or crumb-topped items, which turn soggy, and never leave pie or cake out over two hours.

Freeze in a bag the day you buy them. Bake them straight from the freezer at 350°F, 5 to 8 minutes, to bring back the crisp layers.
Cakes and cheesecake
Cover each slice in plastic wrap, seal them in a freezer bag and freeze. Thaw overnight in the fridge, not on the counter.
Pumpkin pie
